Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We send our products to any address within the EU and selected countries outside of it. Shipping costs will be laid out when you’re finishing up your purchase and also in the confirmation email we send once we’ve got your order.
It usually takes us up to 1 business day to get your order out the door after we’ve received payment, unless we’ve said otherwise in the product’s description (like made-to-order items). Time needed to dispatch your order is always provided in the product’s cart. Remember to add shipping time on top of that.
Within Poland, we deliver parcels via courier services and to InPost parcel lockers. Shipping costs are as follows: DPD courier and InPost courier: 20 PLN, InPost parcel lockers: 17 PLN. The delivery time for InPost parcel lockers, InPost courier, and DPD courier is up to 2 business days.
For international orders, we ship via DPD (within Europe) and FedEx (to other countries). Delivery times correspond to the estimates provided on the carrier’s website (www.dpd.com or www.fedex.com). Maximum delivery time may take up to 5 business days within European Union, and up to 10 business days for countries outside the European Union. Shipping costs are 10 EUR within Europe and 40 EUR to countries outside Europe.
For countries outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes must be added, which are covered by the Customer. The amount of these charges is provided during the delivery process by the courier company.
Returns
You have 14 days from when you get your package to change your mind and send it back.
We know printing out and filling in forms is a real pain, but legally we need to ask you to do it. So, you can let us know you want to return something by filling out the return form and sending it over to customer@rupt.store. Once we get your form, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received it.
You should send back the items you’re returning, within 14 days from when you sent the return form to the address we provide. Shipping costs for returns are on you.
Keep in mind, if you’re checking out the items you bought to see if you want to keep them, you should only handle them like you would in a physical store. If the value of the items goes down because they’ve been used or damaged (like needing repairs, cleaning, or if the packaging is wrecked), that’s on you.
After we get your return form, we’ll refund you for your purchase, including the shipping cost for the cheapest delivery option we offer. We’ll refund you the same way you paid. We might hold off on refunding you until we’ve got the returned item back or you’ve shown us proof you’ve sent it.
Custom orders that are made just for you, or anything that’s personalized, can’t be returned.
Complaints
We take responsibility for any products that don’t meet the terms of our agreement at the time of delivery, revealed within two years from that point. Before this period ends, you can let us know about any non-conformity by sending us a message at customer@rupt.store along with the complaint form and a photo documenting the defect/damage.
Once we confirm the receipt of your claim, you’ll need to send the product back promptly so the manufacturer can assess your claim. You should return the item using the shipping label we provide, which will be sent to your email associated with the order.
After that, the manufacturer will review your claim. If they decide not to uphold the claim, the product will be returned to you with an explanation regarding the rejection of your claim.
