CHUCKABOO is a small brand where every piece is meticulously handcrafted in a studio in Poznań, Poland. It was born out of a passion for functional art and urban style. The entire process – from design and production to logistics – is a “one-woman show” run by Nikola Richter, the brand’s founder. She approaches traditional goldsmithing techniques in an unconventional way, creating a distinctive and unique style. Her designs feature diverse textures, organic shapes reminiscent of treasures from sunken ships, and elements inspired by ornaments from past eras. This fusion of modernity and history gives her jewelry a truly exceptional character. CHUCKABOO takes its name from an 18th-century slang word meaning “closest friend.” The brand’s mission is to foster connection and create jewelry that becomes more than just an accessory – a best friend, a talisman, an expression of personal style, and a part of one’s individual story.
Every piece is crafted using high-quality materials, such as 925 sterling silver, natural gemstones, and silk. Chuckaboo creates its jewelry with deep respect for Mother Earth, cherishing her gifts. For this reason, the brand focuses on made-to-order production. It incorporates recycled silver in its designs, collaborates with local suppliers, and uses eco-friendly packaging.
CARE
To properly care for silver jewelry, regularly polish it with the cloth included in your order. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, separating individual pieces to prevent scratching—preferably in the original box or a sealed pouch. Our packaging is eco-friendly and FSC® certified. Avoid exposing the jewelry to chemicals, perfumes, and cosmetics. Always remove it before bathing, swimming, or engaging in physical or household tasks.
